In Lucknow itself, Rs 250 crore GK Orthocity Pvt Ltd, expected to be completed by December 2023 with 700 jobs potential; Pardos Lucknow Developers Pvt Ltd, worth Rs 200 crore in Lucknow, likely to be completed by July 2022, will create 400 jobs.
New avenues of employment opportunities will open
The project of Buildtech Pvt Ltd is expected to be completed by the end of June 2022 in which 2100 jobs will be created. Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers Pvt Ltd’s project in Ghaziabad is under construction of Rs 350 crore which is likely to be completed by March 2027 and will create 300 jobs. Other proposals in this sector are: In Agra – Tripurari Infrastructure Pvt Ltd ( Rs 112 cr), in Ghaziabad – Adarsh Nagar Pragatisheel Sahakari Awas Samiti Limited (Rs 180 cr), Agarwal Associated Promoters Limited (Rs 125 cr), and Sarna Projects LLP (Rs 30 cr), in Lucknow – Eldeco Housing & Industries Limited (Rs. Rs 60 cr), MJ Luxury Pvt Ltd (Rs 100 cr) and Shalimar Educational and Charitable Trust (Rs 80 cr).
