The victim said that she was impressed by Kamble’s words. On his advice, he invested Rs 34.25 lakh. During this time, to maintain confidence, the accused gave him Rs 10.5 lakh, which he told the profit. But when the victim tried to contact her after a few days, her mobile phone was closed. He could not be contacted despite repeated efforts. After this, the victim lodged a complaint against the accused at the police station. Based on this, the police have registered a case under Section 420 (fraud) of the Indian Penal Code and related sections against Praveen Bajirao Kamble and Sheetal Surendra Sonakt. At present, both the accused are absconding, but the police is collecting information about them through bank account details.
