A report has come from the Economic Advisory Council of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in which it has been revealed that the population of Muslims has increased in most of the Muslim majority countries of the world. At the same time, the majority population in Hindu, Christian and other religion dominated countries has decreased. Regarding this, Manu Gaur, president of TaxAb organization, social worker and population expert, said that now there is a need to make a proper population policy to stop the increasing population and demographic change in the country.
The Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council has revealed this in this report regarding 167 countries of the world. According to the report, due to the demographic changes between 1950 and 2015, the population of Hindus in India has decreased by 7.82 percent. Whereas, the population of Muslims has increased by 43.15 percent. Not only this, it is also mentioned in this report that a similar decline in the population of Hindus has been seen in India’s neighboring Hindu-dominated Nepal.
Manu Gaur has expressed concern over population by meeting CMs of many states.
Talked to TaxAb organization president, social worker and population expert Manu Gaur regarding this. In fact, Manu Gaur has continuously met the Chief Ministers of many states and expressed his concern over the increasing population. Manu Gaur raised the voice of population control in the country and Prime Minister Narendra Modi also raised this serious issue from the ramparts of the Red Fort.
Change in population on religious basis in 167 countries
Now after the report of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council came, the discussion regarding this has intensified. Regarding which Manu Gaur said that in the report related to population that has come today, there are some things worth seeing and this report needs to be taken very seriously. What is visible in this report is that the change in population on the basis of religion in 167 countries of the world in the 65 years from 1950 to 2015 is a matter of concern. Out of these, there are 123 countries where the majority population has decreased and the minority population has increased. This report did not tell which minority castes or religions are the people whose population has increased in the 123 countries where this change has taken place. If we understand this, we can easily understand that in the countries of Europe and the Middle East, the majority population is decreasing and the minority population is increasing.
He further said that there is no need to tell which particular category of population is increasing in these countries. India is also included in it, along with which China is also visible in this report, where the Chinese population has also decreased. In China too, the population of a particular class has increased.
Decline in majority population in India and Nepal
This report clearly shows that India and Nepal are two Hindu majority countries, where the majority population has declined. Apart from this, there are 44 countries in the world where the majority population has increased and the minority population has decreased. If we try to understand it, then we the people of India can understand it better through our neighboring country. Where in India’s neighbors Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, the minority population has decreased and the majority population has increased. This is the reason why India had to bring a law like CAA so that the persecuted minorities of those countries can be given citizenship and shelter here.
What will happen to those welfare schemes if there are no taxpayers?
He further said that if we look at it keeping India in mind, the way demographic change is taking place here and at the same time the population of the country is increasing exponentially. According to him, the taxpayers of the country are especially the middle class and upper middle class families. Today they are forced to think about what benefits they are getting from their tax money. What facilities are they getting? This is the reason why people from middle class and upper middle class families of the country have started sending their children out for studies, to establish them there. Now gradually those children are also going there and taking citizenship of those countries. If the situation continues like this, then the taxpayers on whose money the welfare schemes run will no longer be taxpayers, so what will happen to those welfare schemes? Therefore, India is in great need, at this time, to make a proper population policy. So that the increasing population can be stopped and the demographic change that is taking place can also be stopped.
