Punjab Police has arrested 3 operatives who wrote Khalistani slogans on the walls of Delhi Metro stations. Not only in Delhi but also in Bathinda, they had written slogans in favor of Khalistan on the walls of the District Administrative Complex and the Court Complex. Since then, both Punjab Counter Intelligence Bathinda and District Police were searching for these people. On May 14, the joint operation finally succeeded in capturing three operatives of the Sikh for Justice group.
Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav informed that these operatives were given commands by SFJ’s master mind Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, sitting in New York. Let us tell you that this organization has been designated as an illegal organization by the Government of India.
On April 24, pro-Khalistan slogans were found written on the walls of the District Administrative Complex and Court Complex in Bathinda, a few days later, on May 9, similar slogans were found written at Delhi’s Jhandewal Metro Station and Karol Bagh Metro Station. .

The arrested accused have been identified as Gogi Singh resident of village Jeevan Singh Wala, Bathinda and Jauni resident of village Zion Singh Wala, Talwandi Sabo, while the third accused has been identified as Preetpal Singh resident of village Dodd, Faridkot. He has been brought from Bathinda jail on production warrant. Preetpal was also arrested for writing graffiti on Delhi Metro and Bathinda Thermal Plant during G-20.
DGP Gaurav Yadav said that Gogi Singh, who is the main operator of SFJ, was in direct contact with Gurpatwant Singh Pannu and he carried out this action in exchange for money on the instructions of Pannu. It had also shared photos and videos of the slogans written on the walls with Pannu. Police teams have also recovered three mobile phones, two dongles, Aadhaar card and ATM card from him.
SSP Bathinda Deepak Pareek said that by taking action in a technical manner, Bathinda Police succeeded in arresting the accused Jauni. After this, Jauni revealed that she was with Gogi when he tried to write slogans at different places in Bathinda. After the disclosure of the accused Jauni, Bathinda Police and CI Bathinda launched a special operation and arrested Gogi Singh.
AIG CI Bathinda Avneet Kaur Sidhu said that the accused Gogi, arrested by Bathinda Police under the Excise Act, had met Preetpal Singh in Bathinda jail and after coming out of jail, he remained in touch with him. He told that accused Preetpal introduced Gogi to Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, who assigned Gogi the task of writing pro-Khalistan slogans and asked him to collect Rs 50,000 hidden on Muktsar Kotkapura Road. In this case, a case has been registered under section 153B of IPC.
