After hitting two fine fours, Gill became the victim of Kemar Roach. Gill’s wicket fell in an attempt to bat the ball outside the off-stump.
Bat not running outside Asia
Shubman Gill is being touted as the future of Indian cricket but his performances outside Asia speak otherwise. Asia’s Bar Gill’s scores in the last 8 innings of the Test are – 28, 8, 17, 4, 13, 18, 6 and 10 runs. Talking about the overall Test career, Gill’s record is quite disappointing.
