The most delicious and nutritious drink in the summer season is raw mango panna. Panna made from raw curry also helps in protecting from heat stroke. You can drink Aam Panna like a drink. Or you can also eat it with food. If you ever don’t feel like eating vegetables, you can also eat roti with aam panna. Just prepare it by making it a little thick. Aam Panna is also beneficial for stomach and digestion. You can prepare it easily without any hassle and can also store it for a week.
Aam Panna Recipe
First of all, wash 3-4 medium sized raw mangoes and then add some water to the cooker and boil it.
Mangoes have to be boiled only till 2 whistles, if boiled too much they burst.
Now open the cooker and keep the mangoes to cool. If you want, you can also use the water used for boiling.
Now take a mixer jar and add 5-6 spoons of sugar in it and grind it.
Now take green mint and grind it finely. Along with this, take out the roasted cumin seeds and black salt.
When the mangoes cool down, remove their peel and take out the pulp completely by mashing it with your hands.
Take out the pulp on the kernels with the help of a spoon and stir it lightly with a churner or mustard seed.
Now add water as per your requirement to the mango pulp and then add powdered sugar, salt, cumin powder and crushed mint.
If you want, you can also add some black pepper or red chili powder to it.
Now add ice cubes to the mango panna and serve it chilled.
By diluting it, you can easily fill it in a bowl and store it for a week.
