Northamptonshire said in a statement, “Northamptonshire County Cricket Club is happy to inform that Indian International cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal will join the club for the final ODI Cup match in Kent and the remaining five County Championship matches.

Northamptonshire is currently at the seventh position in the eight-team County Division 2 table with seven draws and two losses. In the ODI Cup too, the club is at the eighth position in the table with one win and six losses.
