New Delhi. In the matter of getting ‘minority’ status, the case of Jammu and Kashmir is quite strange and ironic. There the number of Muslim community is 68.31 percent and the number of Hindu community is only 28.44 percent, but in the eyes of not only the central government, but all the state governments so far, the Muslim community is a minority. Till now, he has been taking advantage of all the privileges and schemes available under the above two Acts. The Hindu community, being a de facto minority, has been deprived of constitutional privileges, protection and remedies. Jammu and Kashmir is the head of the politics of describing the majority as a ‘minority’. This reversal of minority is the result of the ‘secular’ politics of the Congress and the ‘progressive’ intellect of the left-liberal gang. Today this half-hearted and convenient definition of minority, coined to benefit a particular community, needs to be reviewed and corrected immediately. Under the guise of this definition and its provisions, the actual minority (so-called majority) Hindu community in states like Jammu and Kashmir has been continuously exploited and harassed by the majority (so-called minority) Muslim community. Most sad and unfortunate is that this endless game of exploitation, oppression, humiliation and neglect took place in the state shelter. Now there is an opportunity to make this reverse bansi headstand. The genuine minority Hindu community, which has been massacred multiple times, has been repeatedly uprooted and driven out of Kashmir; The time has come to wipe his tears and do justice. This is possible only when Hindus in Jammu and Kashmir are immediately declared a minority and they are provided security, convenience, respect and protection.
In 2016, Advocate Ankur Sharma filed a public interest litigation in the Supreme Court seeking to declare Hindus as a minority in Jammu and Kashmir. Through his petition, he had said that Muslims are the majority in Jammu and Kashmir, but the benefits of schemes made for the minorities are being given to the Muslims, while the actual minority Hindu community is being neglected, scorned and harassed. While reviewing the status of minority community given to Muslims, he had demanded the identification of minorities and giving minority status, considering the population of a particular state as a unit instead of the whole of India. Considering the matter serious, a three-member bench of Justice JS Khehar, Justice DY Chandrachud and Justice SK Kaul directed the Central Government and the State Government to resolve the matter without delay by mutual dialogue. But till date no significant progress has been made in this direction.
There is a long history of exodus and displacement of Hindus from Jammu and Kashmir. It started in the 14th century during the time of Sultan Alexander the pagan. He converted many Hindus by the force of the sword, and those who did not, either had to die or had to leave their homes and run away. continued for a decade. In the 17th century, Aurangzeb also repeated the same jurmositam. The most worrying thing is that even after independence and in spite of this, this process did not stop. Apart from the Partition of India in 1947, during the Indo-Pakistani Wars of 1947, 1965 and 1971 and the genocide of 1990, a large number of Hindus were either systematically ruthlessly killed or driven away from Kashmir. It is noteworthy that this bloody game was played by the “minorities” according to the prevailing definition of the Government of India. The result of this gradual racial annihilation was that the Hindu community remained a handful in Kashmir, the picturesque place of Sanatan culture and the knowledge land of India. Non-Muslims have been displaced from Jammu and Kashmir at least seven times. Before the process of forced conversions and displacement began, the number of Muslim community in Jammu and Kashmir was as negligible as the non-Muslim community in the Kashmir Valley today remains.
It is a questionable fact that why and how did the number of Arab, Turk and Mongol invaders coming from outside become so much today? If there was no Jammu in Jammu and Kashmir, what would have happened to the Hindus; It is not difficult to guess. In the cold, dark nights of January 1990, the demonic voices of “Raliv, Galiv, Chaliv” resonated in the streets and mosques of the valley. In this one month, lakhs of Hindus either lost their lives or had to run to save their lives. They were forced to become refugees in their own country. The film titled ‘The Kashmir Files’ depicts the story of Hindus becoming a minority in J&K. Was it not playing with the basic spirit of the Constitution? Even today, when the non-Muslim communities who have been victims of serial racial genocide want to return home, Islamic terrorists and their mentors start a Holi of blood in the valley; So that the demographic balance of Jammu and Kashmir is in their favor. They also want to remain a majority (in J&K) and continue to enjoy the benefits of (privileges given to minorities by the central and state governments depending on the population of India). This is the real story of ‘Minorities of Jammu and Kashmir’. Here the hunter has got constitutional protection and government support.
It is noteworthy that on the lines of Kashmir, there was a conspiracy to make Hindus a ‘minority’ by the ruling parties- Muslim/National Conference, Congress and Peoples Democratic Party in Jammu region. Has happened. The chain which starts with Sheikh Abdullah ends at Mehbooba Mufti. Rohingyas from Myanmar and Bangladeshi infiltrators were deliberately resettled in Jammu; So that the demographics here can be changed. Areas like Bhatindi in Jammu are evidence of conspiracies to change the demography of Jammu. We are all familiar with the darkness of Roshni Act. The real name of Roshni Act is Zamin Jihad. Under this act, the government land was distributed to the eligible and ineligible persons of a particular community at the cost of a penny. Not only was the exchequer looted from this port; Rather, the demography of Jammu division was also badly damaged. Organizations like Unite Jammu have played an important role in exposing the well-planned conspiracies to change the demography of Jammu. Just as the ‘minorities’ of Kerala have resorted to love jihad, narcotic jihad and Marx jihad to spread and dominate their religion; Similarly the ‘minorities’ of Jammu and Kashmir have resorted to land jihad to change the demography of Jammu. Not only do all the chief ministers of J&K belong to the Muslim community; Rather, the majority of the high-ranking bureaucracy, government employees and MPs and MLAs here have been from the Muslim community. The Muslim community has been ruling the industry, business, trade and market here. Then how are they a minority? What kind of crisis or insecurity do they have? To whom and what threatens them? In a state like Jammu and Kashmir, giving them privileges as a minority, making all plans for their protection and development, opening minority institutions, what is if not an abuse of this constitutional provision?
