The incident took place in December 2015, when the body of a child was recovered from the Falakanama Express train from an unclaimed bag. The body was highly mutilated, and the police found the investigation that the murder was done by a ruthless mother and her lover. Investigation by Howrah GRP found that mother Hasina Sultana planned to kill her one and a half year old son Joe Joe and killed her along with her lover Bhanu Shah.
Under the disgusting conspiracy of the mother and lover, he brought the body of this child in a trolley bag and brought it to the Secunderabad station and then left it under the seat of Falakanama Express. Later, the police arrested both of them in this heinous crime and investigated the case.
The fast track court convicted both and sentenced them to death. This was the second case in the district after 1990, when two killers were sentenced to death. However, the lawyer of the culprits has said to challenge the decision and the matter will now go to the High Court.
