Chandigarh The weather has changed again in Haryana. Last Wednesday, there was a severe thunderstorm in Narnol, the effect of which was clearly visible around Mahendragarh, Jhajjar. Today, many areas of the state are likely to be cloudy and rain or drizzle in between. At a time when crops are in the fields, this change is a matter of concern for grain growers. Although crops like wheat and mustard are ready for harvesting, the risk of losses due to seasonal disturbances like rain and storm has increased.
Hisar remained hot
The Meteorological Department says that Hisar was the hottest district in Haryana with temperatures up to 42.9 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. The average temperature of the state also rose 0.5 degrees. Although eastern winds have been blowing for the last several days, the temperature is steadily increasing rather than falling. Nevertheless, the good news is that a new western disturbance is becoming active, which may change the direction of air in the next few days and bring down the temperature by 3 to 4 degrees. But this coolness is unlikely to stay for a long time;
After April 14, the heat can take a strong form again.
Take these easy measures to protect yourself from the heat. Changing weather means increasing the risk of heatstroke. You must take care of you. At this time you should follow some main suggestions:
Keep your body hydrated throughout the day. Drink plenty of water, lemonade or buttermilk.
Especially in the sun, avoid going out at 12 noon and 3 pm.
To live comfortably and evaporate the sweat quickly, choose light, loose clothes.
Go out; Do wear a scarf or cap on the head.
Although the changed weather has given some relief from the heat to some extent, it has definitely created problems for farming.
