The victim alleges that the soldiers made her drink intoxicating liquor. Later, obscene photos were taken and a video was made. Then he blackmailed her, came to her house and raped her several times. With the intervention of the Superintendent of Police, a case has been registered in this regard.
This woman had recently met Superintendent of Police Tejaswini Gautam in Bikaner complaining about the matter not being heard at the police station level. On this, the Superintendent of Police sent the complaint in a closed envelope to the police station and registered a case and himself reached Chhattargarh police station and collected information about the entire case. SP Tejaswini Gautam said that the investigation has been handed over to ASP Arvind of Women Harassment Cell. If involvement of police personnel is found in this matter then no one will be spared.
His son went missing four years ago
The woman told in her report that her son had gone missing four years ago. She had gone to Chhattargarh police station to register his missing person. The policemen present there at that time did not register his son’s disappearance and let him go. On this she met senior police officials. After that, the son was registered missing last year. Then she kept circling the police station.

The victim alleges that during this time, police station reader Vinod Bishnoi, constables Dilip Das and Karam Singh tricked her and made her drink intoxicating drinks one day. When she regained consciousness, they told her that obscene photos and videos had been made. After this, they started blackmailing her by threatening her and raped her after coming home. This sequence continued continuously. When she did not get a hearing regarding this matter at the police station, she approached the Superintendent of Police.
