Lucknow. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has become a country that shows the path of peace, harmony and welfare to the whole world. Today the world is looking at India as a trouble-shooter. We have entered the first year of the nectar period of independence. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given us a huge pledge of Panch Pran for the next 25 years. If every countryman moves forward with this resolve, then India will definitely be seen as a major power in the world in the coming years. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said these things on Saturday during the state level event of ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh – Amrit Kalash Yatra’.
Chief Minister welcomed the volunteers
Earlier, the Chief Minister also visited the photo exhibition organized in the program organized at Vasudha Vandan Amrit Vatika, Jhulelal Park located on the Gomati bank. During the program, a short film based on Meri Mati Mera Desh was screened by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. At the same time, the Chief Minister welcomed and congratulated the volunteers who reached Lucknow carrying Amrit Kalash from across the state in the program of saluting the soil and saluting the heroes. In his address, the Chief Minister said that for the first time the entire country is coming together and becoming a part of national events. On the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the tricolor was hoisted at every house in the country. We got to see the grand form of the Amrit Mahotsav which PM Modi inaugurated on 21 March 2021 on the banks of Sabarmati on 15 August 2023.
The path to peace, harmony and welfare will emerge from India only.
The Chief Minister praised all the volunteers who reached here from every village, development block and municipal bodies of the state, paying homage to the motherland and paying tribute to the heroes through Amrit Kalash. Referring to the various programs organized in the state regarding the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, he described it as a commendable effort. The Chief Minister said that PM Modi has given a huge resolution of Panch Pran to every Indian. We have entered the first year of the nectar period of independence. In the next 25 years we have to establish India as a developed India. If Indians move forward by making these five vows a part of their lives, then India will be a great power in the world in the future. The message of world welfare and peace will be given through this power. We are moving forward with this resolve. The Chief Minister said that today India is being known as a trouble-shooter all over the world. In times of crisis, the countries of the world look towards our Prime Minister with hopeful eyes. They know that the path to peace, harmony and welfare will come from India only.
CM honored the families of martyrs
During this period, various cultural programs were organised, in which 75 students of Bhatkhande Sangeet University sang Vande Mataram together, apart from this there was presentation of ‘Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye’ and ‘Saare Jahan Se Accha Hindostan Hamara’ by various musical instruments. During the program, the Chief Minister honored the families of heroes, martyrs and freedom fighters. Apart from this, volunteers who reached Lucknow with Amrit Kalash from different districts were also honoured.
On this occasion, Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh, Minister of State for Sports (Independent Charge) Girish Chandra Yadav, BJP State President Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, MLC Mohsin Raza, Ramchandra Pradhan, Bukkal Nawab, Avnish Kumar Singh, Lal Ji Nirmal, MLAs Neeraj Vohra, Jayadevi, Amresh Kumar, Chief Secretary Durgashankar Mishra, Principal Secretary Mukesh Meshram, Divisional Commissioner Roshan Jacob, Advisor to the Chief Minister Avnish Awasthi, District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar, Director of Culture Department Shishir along with others from various districts of the state took the Amrit Kalash Yatra. The volunteers who came were present.
