Before this, the most runs conceded in one over in T20I was 36.

Darius Visser scored a century for the Samoa cricket team

The Samoa cricket team, which came to bat first, did not have a good start in the match. When openers Sean Cotter (1 run) and Daniel Burgess (5 runs) could not play big innings, then Darius Visser took the responsibility of scoring runs. He scored 132 runs in just 62 balls, in which he hit 5 fours and 14 sixes. It was because of him that the Samoa cricket team was able to reach 174 runs.

Nalin Nipiko gave away 39 runs in one over

Nalin Nipiko bowled the 15th over for the Vanuatu cricket team. He conceded a total of 39 runs in this over. Samoa cricket team batsman Darius Visser hit 6 sixes in the same over. Darius Visser hit a six on Nalin’s first, second and third ball. After this, the fourth ball became a no ball. Then a six was hit on the fourth legal delivery. The fifth ball became a dot. After this, he bowled a no ball on the next ball. After that, Nalin Nipiko was seen completely straying from his line length. He bowled another no ball, on which a six was hit. A six was also hit on the last and sixth ball.

In this way, Nalin Nipiko gave a total of 39 runs in the over. But only 36 runs were added to the account of Samoa batsman Darius Visser. Because he hit 6 sixes and three runs came from no balls. Runs from no balls are not added to the batsman’s account. Runs from no balls are added to the bowler’s account.

Samoa batsman Darius Visser has hit 6 sixes in an over. He has become the fourth batsman to hit 6 sixes in an over in a T20 International match. Before him, Yuvraj Singh, Kieron Pollard and Nepal’s Dipendra Singh Airee have hit 6 sixes in an over.
