New Delhi. Voting is also being held on 7 parliamentary seats of Delhi in the sixth Lok Sabha election. One of the high profile seats is that of New Delhi, where Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi, her son Rahul Gandhi and daughter Priyanka Gandhi cast their votes at a polling booth on Saturday morning. After casting their vote, Rahul Gandhi also took a selfie with his mother Sonia Gandhi. It is worth noting that the seat where Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who are among the most senior leaders of Congress, voted, has no Congress candidate from there this time. In such a situation, the question arises that to whom did their vote go?
Actually, due to the alliance with Aam Aadmi Party, Congress has not fielded its candidate from New Delhi parliamentary constituency this time. Aam Aadmi Party candidate Somnath Bharti is in the fray here. Against him, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Bansuri Swaraj is contesting. In such a situation, it is believed that Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka all three voted for Aam Aadmi Party this time.
