Bikaner. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara said that there is no shortage of funds for the development of rural areas in the double engine government. The public representatives and departmental officers keep sending proposals for development works by coordinating among themselves, so that more public facilities can be provided to the people of the area.
Godara was addressing the general meeting of the Panchayat Samiti organized under the chairmanship of Kanaram Godara, the head of Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti on Friday.
Minister Godara said that in the coming time, there should be no problem for the common people in the matter of water and electricity supply, and send such schemes. He instructed the officials to gather to put the budget announcements on the ground as per the spirit of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. He has also known the progress of implementation regarding budget announcements.
Minister Godara, the public representatives continued to note the issues being raised by the public representatives and gave necessary guidelines to the officials. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara said that to make the old and loose wires repair, change the dilapidated pole of iron and to get rid of the problem of voltage, make public representatives proposals and make them aware of them in the concerned department, so that the problems can be resolved on time.
Minister Godara gave necessary instructions to the officials on the issue of medical, education, water and roads. During this period, the local people thanked Minister Shri Godara for confirming the canal raw skins in Lunkaransar assembly constituency and Rs 185 crore for drinking water and Rs 40 crore in Lunkaransar municipal area. In the meeting, proposals of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sak Yojana IV and GPDP scheme were approved.
During this, Garbadesar Sarpanch Kavita Swamy proposed that the old poles of electricity be changed in Garbadesar village and underline polls should be installed. Chakjohar Sarpanch Shri Rajaram Jhorad proposed to connect the dhanis deprived of connections under the Water Life Mission and to repair the leakage in the pipeline from Arjunsar to Phuleji. Khianera Sarpanch Gayatri thanked Minister Sumit Godara for getting 8 km of new pipeline sanctioned from Hansera to Khinira.
Manafar Sarpanch Pappuram Meghwal proposed for a new tubwell to get rid of drinking water problem in Dhiradan village. On this, Minister Godara gave instructions to the departmental officers. Sherpura Sarpanch Amaram Siyag, Kujati Sarpanch Shravanram Mund, Surna Sarpanch Bhanwarlal Bhunwal, P.S. Jitendra Godara demanded that the vacant posts of teachers in schools, Ranwasar Sarpanch Bishannath Siddha demanded to construct a class room. And Kagasar Sarpanch Naranram Nayak proposed a 3 km road construction from the Dhani of Meghwalas of Rajpura Hooda to the Dhani of Chhattasar Godars. On this occasion Panchayat Samiti member Rahul Pareek, Sarpanch Muni Sheikh, Sherpura Sarpanch Amaram Siag, Deputy Chief Kanta Saraswat, Baderan Sarpanch Gayatri Beniwal, Ajitana Sarpanch Panna Devi, P.S. Gopal Nath Bhadu, Sarna Sarpan Bhanwarlal, Sheikhasan Sarpanch Sitaram, Bamanwali Sarpanch Ummasar Sarpanch Vinod Bhadu, Karnisar Sarpanch Hetram Godara, Dherara Sarpanch Kisturi Devi, Garbadesar Sarpanch Kavita Swamy, Nathwana Sarpanch Anita Swamy, Jaitpur Sarpanch Meera Devi, Kujati Sarpanch Shravan Mund, Manafar Sarpanch Pappu Ram Meghwal, Mokhampura Sarpanch Ramwarupa Birrath, Udana Sarpanch Birrath, Udana Sarpanch, Aasi Devi, P.Mahendra Saraswat, Surjaram Jiyani, Geeta Legha, Bhiyaram Meghwal, Durga Jhorad, Kamla Nayak and other public representatives demanded solutions to water, electricity, education, medicine and road related problems from their area.
Earlier, on reaching the Panchayat Samiti for the first time after becoming a minister, Minister Shri Sumit Godara was strongly welcomed by the public representatives of the area under the leadership of Kanaram Godara. Wearing a safa in the gathering hall welcomed. Subdivision officer Dayanand, Development Officer Kishore Chaudhary and district and block level officers were present in the meeting of P.S.
Participated in the municipality meeting
Godara attended the first budget meeting held under the chairmanship of Bhanwari Devi, nominated at the Lunkaransar Panchayat Samiti Sabha Hall. He gave necessary guidelines to the officials on the issues of development raised by the councilors. The minister listened to one councilor’s talk for the municipal development and assured to get the development work done in his diary. Minister Godara said that Lunkaransar will make the municipality an ideal municipality. Councilors including Deputy Chairman Ganesh Solanki, Vinod Chopra, Nirmal Duggad, Rakesh Tateed, Okranath, Jayaprakash Chhipa, Mahavir Saini, Nathmal Mali etc. raised issues on the occasion.
Inspection of various offices
Minister Godara along with officials, after observing public land and buildings of Deputy District Hospital, Roadways Bus Stand, Private Bus Stand, Water Supply Department, Stadium, Public Park etc., instructed the officers to do development work and make proposals as per requirement. He said that there will be no decrease in the development of basic facilities in the area.
