You will find this wild onion in Morabadi Road, Ranchi, where this wild onion is being sold at an Ayurvedic stall on the roadside. Seller Pradeep says that this wild onion is found especially in Rishikesh, Himalayas and Saranda forest of Jharkhand. Where there is dense forest, there is this onion. It is not eaten because it is poisonous. Its price is Rs 800 per kg.
make the pain go away
Pradeep explains that actually, we extract oil from this wild onion and add fenugreek, garlic and many other things to that oil and boil it well. This oil is used as a pain killer. If there is pain anywhere in the body, apply this oil. Your pain will go away within a few minutes. You have to apply it on the painful area regularly for at least 10 minutes every day. You will see a tremendous difference within two days.
What do experts say
Ranchi-based Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey (BAMS from Vinoba Bhave University and over 25 years of experience) told Local 18 that wild onion is very beneficial for pain.
