A heartbreaking incident has come to light in West Vihar West police station area of Delhi’s Outer district. Here 27 -year -old Sohail was brutally murdered by his own acquaintances with a knife and chap. The attack took place only due to suspicion and family estrangement, which spread a happy family. The victim’s family is in a bad state, while there is an atmosphere of fear and resentment in the area.
Relationship broke confidence in full street, took life
According to the victim’s family and eyewitnesses, Sohail was killed by him, which he called as “maternal uncle”. When this incident took place on the night of 14 May, Sohail’s sister was alone at home and the rest of the family members were hospitalized to see her younger brother. The attackers first attacked Sohail with a fatal attack, then alleged that there were plans to attack his sister as well. But the neighbors woke up overnight and protected the daughter.
Financially broken family
Sohail worked as an assistant manager in a multinational company and was the eldest of three siblings. The financial responsibility of the family was on his shoulders. The condition of her mother and sister has remained serious since the incident. Both are fainting again and again. Mother told that Sohail had many dreams-he wanted to pursue his siblings and pursue a better life to the family.
Younger brother also hospitalized, third relative also injured
Sohail’s 17-year-old younger brother was also an attack victim during the incident. Many knives have been stabbed in his ribs and he is hospitalized. Apart from this, another relative who was trying to stop the quarrel is also injured and his condition is said to be stable at the moment.
Know what was the reason for the dispute
Relatives and family members said that the root of the quarrel was the friendship of a 16 -year -old girl. The accused suspected that the girl in their house had a relationship with Sohail’s younger brother. He had also warned many times that the boy should not talk or meet the girl. But the matter increased and Sohail was made the victim of this rivalry.
“Life taken due to misunderstanding and narrow thinking” – Sohail’s mother
Sohail’s mother said in a conversation with the media, “This was not such a big matter to kill someone. Earlier we used to live in their street, and the conversation between the children started from there. Our middle son and his daughter had a friendship, but the girl used to call herself. We said that if this is wrong, take the phone from your daughter, but he did not say that he should not receive it.”
The mother also revealed that “there was a conversation on the afternoon of May 14 that everyone would sit and solve the matter together, but he did not wait even for a day and the same night Sohail was killed with a knife and a knife.”
DCP Outer’s statement and police action
A case of murder has been registered at West Vihar West police station. Outer Delhi DCP Sachin Sharma said that the police have detained some suspects and they are being questioned. No arrests have been officially confirmed yet, but the absconding accused will soon be apprehended.
The police is now investigating the case with every angle – the identity and accurate role of the accused is being decided on the basis of murder weapon, call details, eyewitnesses and CCTV footage.
Panic in the area, questions in society
This incident has shocked Delhiites. A minor social dispute, which could be resolved with interaction and understanding, turned into bloodshed. While the life of the young professional ended on the one hand, on the other hand the whole family was financially and mentally destroyed.
The question is why there is so much intolerance in our society that the friendship of a relationship becomes fatal? Is our law and order system enough to stop such cases?
conclusion
Sohail’s death is not just the murder of one person, it is the failure of the society where there is no faith in the relationship, violence has been replaced by violence, and the doubt is so deep that it is ready to shed blood. This incident is a warning – society, family and administration – that such thinking and conditions are not controlled in time, then such stories will become common.
The police has intensified the investigation, but the question is whether Sohail’s dreams can be repaid now?
