Here are three such asanas, by doing which breast cancer can be avoided. Along with this, these asanas also prove to be effective for patients suffering from breast cancer.
bhujangasana
To do this exercise, lie straight on your stomach on the bed or yoga mat and keep both your hands in front of your shoulders. After this, slowly bring both your hands in front of the shoulders and keep the whole body straight. Then lift your upper body with the arms and keep the part above the waist in the air while keeping your legs straight. You can stay in this posture for 30-60 seconds.
Pawanmuktasana
This asana is a sure shot remedy to relieve period pain and mental stress. This asana also relieves body fatigue. First of all, lie down on your back and straighten your legs together. Now bring your right knee close to your chest. Bring the thigh to the stomach and press it well. Now put your beard on the right knee. When you take a deep breath, hold the knee well with your hands. When you hold the knee well with your hands, you will feel a slight pressure on the chest, which is normal. Now loosen the knee while exhaling. Now do the whole process in this way with the left leg. After doing it once with both legs, do it with both legs.
Balasana (Child Pose)
To do Balasana, first sit in Vajrasana by folding your legs. After this, take both your hands up and bend forward. Then take your palms to the ground. After this, take your head towards the ground. Doing this asana reduces obesity. Along with this, body pain and mental stress also go away.
