Therefore, first of all remove from your mind that going to the gym will definitely make you healthy. Secondly, you can be healthy even without gym, provided you include some exercise and healthy diet in your lifestyle.

Dr. Srihari Anikhindi said that aerobic exercise is necessary to stay healthy. First understand what aerobic exercise is. In aerobic exercise, you need to pay special attention to regularity and speed. Like walking, running, cycling, swimming etc. are aerobic exercises. Now keep in mind that if you are walking then its speed should not be less than 6 kilometers per hour. Do not talk on mobile while walking. While walking, speed up the hand movements also. If you walk like this, you will definitely remain healthy and your weight will also reduce. Do this at least 5 days a week. On the other hand, if you do walking while climbing at high places, you will get more benefit from it. This kind of work will give much better results than the gym. After aerobic exercise, you should take a healthy diet. Eat plant based food for a healthy diet. The more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits you consume, the better it will be for your health. Now you should get 7 to 8 hours of peaceful sleep every day and live a stress-free life. For this you should meditate for some time. Apart from all this, avoid some things.
