6. Spinach and other leaves-In the summer season, you should consume other types of leafy vegetables including spinach. It contains up to 92 percent water and is easily digested. It provides great cooling effect to the stomach. The best thing is that green leafy vegetables do not allow the heat in the stomach to come in the middle of the night.
