New rule came on fastag

From today, new rules have come into force on Fastag related services. According to the new rules, now the vehicle registration number will have to be uploaded on the Fastag number within 90 days of purchasing the vehicle. If this is not done, then it will be put in the hotlist. After this, an extra time of 30 days will be given. If the vehicle number is not updated even in this extra time, then the Fastag will be blacklisted. At the same time, Fastag service provider companies will have to do KYC of all Fastags older than 5 and 3 years by 31 October.

LPG cylinder prices increased

Oil marketing companies have increased the price of LPG cylinders. Due to this, you will now get LPG cylinder at a higher price. The new prices have come into effect from 1st August i.e. today. This increase has happened in the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder. The price of this cylinder has increased by Rs. 8.50.

HDFC Bank Credit Card

  • If you are an HDFC Bank Credit Card user, then a new rule has come into effect for you from today. The bank will now charge its credit card users an extra 1 percent on all rental transactions made through third party payment apps. This rule will apply to payments made using HDFC Bank credit card using PayTM, CRED, MobiKwik and other third-party apps. The bank has set the maximum limit at Rs 3,000 per transaction.
  • An extra charge is also being levied on utility transactions in HDFC Bank Credit Card. This will be levied on transactions of more than Rs 50,000. A charge of 1% will be levied on such transactions. Here too, the limit per transaction has been fixed at Rs 3,000.
  • If the cardholder makes fuel transactions of less than Rs 15,000, then there will be no charge. For transactions above this amount, a charge of 1% will be levied. If educational payments are made through third party apps, then a charge of 1% will be levied.

Rules related to Google Maps

Google Maps has made some changes in its rules in India, which have come into effect from August 1. The company has reduced the charges for its service in India by up to 70 percent. But this is not for the general users, because no additional charges were being taken from them.
