Kachnar is a cure for goiter
Senior Ayurvedic physician Prof. Dr. Vinay Khullar said that according to Ayurveda, the benefits of Kachnar have been mentioned in many ancient texts. In Ayurveda it has been called a goiter killer, meaning it can cure any type of goiter. Along with this, toothache, headache, mouth ulcers and gum pain can also be treated with Kachnar.
How to use Kachnar in goiter
Dr. Vinay Khullar told that drinking 20 ml decoction of Kachnar bark mixed with 1 gram dry ginger powder cures the problem of lump in the throat. Mix 250 grams of sugar in 250 grams of Kachnar bark powder and consume 5-10 grams of the powder with water or milk in the morning and evening. It is beneficial in goiter. Making decoction of Kachnar bark and gargling with it cures throat diseases. Mixing Kachnar juice and applying it on the throat also cures throat diseases.
There are 3 types of Kachnar flowers
Dr. Vinay Khullar told that according to the difference in the colors of the flowers, different species of Kachnar are found. Of these, three types of Kachnar get special mention, Red Kachnar, White Kachnar and Yellow Kachnar. Red Kachnar is found mainly everywhere.
