Instagram Banned

Many users are reporting about the ban of the app on social media platform X. If the reports are to be believed, this ban on Instagram has been imposed due to the death of Hamas’s big leader Ismail Haniyeh.
According to a Reuters report, the infotech regulator said that the social media platform Instagram has been banned without giving any reason. After the ban, Instagram’s mobile app is not working. Users are not able to log in to the app.
Because of this, the ban was imposed
Instagram blocked the condolence message on the death of Ismail Haniya, after which Turkiye’s communication officer Fahrettin Altun criticized the social media platform. Turkiye’s communication officer said that this is censorship. There has been no response from parent company Meta on the ban on Instagram in Turkiye.
Millions of users are upset
