How to make Raw Banana Kachori?

Third step- Add 2 finely chopped green chillies, one inch finely chopped ginger, half spoon black pepper powder, rock salt, one cup water chestnut flour and 2 spoons finely chopped coriander to the mashed banana.
Fourth step- Knead this mixture like flour. If needed, you can also mix some more water chestnut flour.
Fifth step- Make kneaded dough balls and instead of rolling them, flatten them with your hands.
Sixth step- Heat oil in a pan and fry these raw banana kachoris on medium flame.
