This is how selection is done in Indian Post
Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in class 10th. State wise or circle wise merit list will be prepared. After this the candidates will be called for document verification.
Qualification & Age Limit in India Post
Candidates who have passed class 10th from a recognized Board of School Education are eligible to apply for these posts. There should be proficiency in cycling and computer usage. Along with this, the age limit of the candidates should be between 18 to 32 years as on August 5, 2024. Those belonging to reserved category are exempted from the maximum age limit as per government rules.
Application fee has to be paid for filling the form in India Post
Candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories have to pay Rs 100 as application fee. Whereas application is free for SC, ST, PWD and female candidates.
