The Crime Branch of Delhi Police took a major action in 2025 and arrested two dreaded criminals Mansoor Alam and Alam Rahmani. A state -of -the -art pistol, a desi katta and five live cartridges have been recovered from them.
What was the matter?
On 17 March 2025, a complaint of gold jewelery worth Rs 10 lakh was received in Govindpuri area of Delhi. Investigation revealed that the truth of theft is something else. Sonam (name changed) lied to her husband that jewelery was stolen, while she had given her friend Mansoor Alam. Mansoor mortgaged jewelery near the jeweler.
Disclosure and plan fail
Mansoor admitted that he was involved in a large conspiracy to rob Hawala money in Jaipur with his partner Alam Rahmani. On June 3, Alam had pistols and cartridges brought from Madhya Pradesh in Jaipur, but their plans failed due to police vigilance.
Arrest of another accused
Alam Rahmani was also arrested from Sindhi Camp Bus Stand in Jaipur on 9 June. He hails from Mandsaur in Madhya Pradesh and his arrest completely failed the plot.
Police achievement
In this successful operation, Delhi Police recovered weapons and live cartridges of criminals and also brought out the truth of the theft of gold.
