India and Asia’s richest man Gautam Adani’s company Adani Green Energy has become the seventh most valuable company in the country. Adani Green Energy has overtaken the country’s largest bank SBI to achieve this position. This year the company’s share has increased by 185 percent and in the last 2 years this share has increased by 1400 percent. Despite a fall in the stock market on Monday, the company’s stock had gained 3.61 percent. With this, the company’s market capital has reached Rs 464,215.08 crore.
At present, Adani Green Energy is the only company among the country’s largest companies which is not included in the Sensex. At present, Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Industries is the most valuable company in the country with a market cap of 1720887.65 crores. It is followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank and Hindustan Unilever. On Monday, SBI’s stock was cut by 1.57 percent. Due to which the company had slipped to the eighth position in terms of market cap. On Monday, the shares of 6 out of the seven Adani Group companies had increased.
