Make barfi from melon seeds
As soon as you taste this melon seed burfi, it can be included in your list of favorite sweets. You will not need many fancy ingredients to make it. First step- First of all, put 2 bowls of melon seeds in a pan and fry them on low flame for about five minutes.
Second step- When the melon seeds cool down, grind them coarsely. After this, put one bowl of water and two bowls of sugar in a pan.
Third step- You have to cook this mixture of water and sugar well until it becomes syrup.
Fourth step- After this, mix ground cardamom powder and melon seeds in the syrup. Keep in mind that you have to keep stirring this paste for a while and then turn off the gas.
Fifth step- Now you have to apply ghee on a plate and spread this barfi paste well. If you want, you can also add some melon seeds and pistachios on top of this paste.
Sixth step- Immediately after this, you can give this barfi mixture the shape of barfi.
