Improves digestion-Cynarin phytochemical also helps in making bile in the liver. This bile helps in breaking down and digesting food and extracting nutrients from it. Studies have found that medicine made from artichoke leaves reduces irritable bowel syndrome by 26 percent and stomach related problems by 40 percent. Artichoke strengthens the digestive power.
