It has been five years since Article 370 was removed from Jammu and Kashmir. On August 5, 2019, the Modi government at the Center announced the removal of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Many BJP leaders are reacting to the removal of Article 370 from the valley. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said, ‘This was on our agenda and Shyama Prasad Mukherjee sacrificed his life for this. When Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, he removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir.’
Every person in Kashmir got his rights – Raina
On the completion of 5 years of the repeal of Article 370, BJP President in Jammu and Kashmir, Ravinder Raina said, ‘On 5 August 2019, the government of Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah abolished Article 370. After this, every person of Jammu and Kashmir has got his rights.’
Congress and PDP betrayed the people of Kashmir
Along with this, Ravinder Raina said, ‘Congress, National Conference and PDP betrayed the people of Jammu and Kashmir by bringing Article 370. Different systems were created in the state, due to which separatism and terrorism arose in Jammu and Kashmir. PM Modi’s government has taken a big decision in the national interest by ending Article 370 and has fulfilled the resolution of Ek Bharat-Shrestha Bharat.’
People are getting employment- Former CM Nirmal Singh
On the 5th anniversary of the removal of Article 370, former Deputy CM of Jammu and Kashmir and BJP leader Nirmal Singh said that today is a very historic day. On this day, on 5 August 2019, Parliament removed Article 370 and 35A and implemented the Constitution of India in the entire Jammu and Kashmir. Today its results are coming out. Terrorism has been curbed here, separatists are in jail. People are getting employment and there is peace in the valley.
Now the environment of studies in Kashmir
Along with this, the former CM said that there was a time before 5 August 2019, when children from Kashmir used to come to Jammu to study because there was no environment for studies there. Today people are studying in Kashmir as well. The children there are becoming doctors after studying. All this has happened only after the removal of Article 370.
