Dr. Rajesh Singh, assistant professor at the Government Ayurveda College in the capital Raipur, told Local 18 that wild garlic is a source of sulfur. Natural sulfur is found in it. Wild garlic is used to take antibiotics into the body. Apart from this, cooking wild garlic in oil and applying it on the area of inflammation i.e. pain and swelling is beneficial. Wild garlic is an enemy of cholesterol. That is, in case of blockage in the arteries, consuming raw wild garlic cures the blockage. Consuming it every morning gradually reduces the increased cholesterol and the arteries start opening. It also cures problems like heart angina, heart blockage.
