Both these medals have come in different events of shooting in which Manu Bhaker was involved in both. While Manu first won the bronze medal in the women’s 10 meter air pistol event, after that she also won the bronze medal in the mixed team event in shooting along with Sarabjot Singh. On the other hand, if we look at India’s schedule for the fifth day i.e. July 31, then no athlete will be seen participating in the medal event. Today in the Paris Olympics, Indian athletes will be seen in action in qualifying or group stage matches in different events of shooting, archery, equestrian, table tennis, badminton and boxing.

Talking about India’s schedule for the 5th day of the Paris Olympics, star table tennis player Manika Batra will play the pre-quarterfinal match, while Sreeja Akula will face a Singapore player in the Round of 32. Star badminton player PV Sindhu, who has won a medal twice in the Olympics, will also be seen in action today in which she will face an Estonia player in her next match in Group-M. Lovlina Borhagen will start her campaign in the Round of 16 of the 75 kg category of women’s boxing. In shooting, while all eyes will be on Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar and Swapnil Kusale in the 50m rifle three position men’s qualification, Shreyasi Singh and Rajeshwari Kumari will also be seen in action in the trap women’s qualification.
