New Delhi. The India House in Paris is not only welcoming and honouring Indian players. It has also opened its doors for players from other countries. Australia’s Tim David is among those foreign players who went to India House to experience Indian culture and have food. Tim David’s partner got mehndi applied at India House.
All-rounder Tim David arrived at India House on Friday with his partner Stephanie Kershaw. Stephanie is a member of the Australian hockey team. Tim David said, ‘I am very happy that I got a chance to come to India House and I was welcomed here. Stephanie got a mehndi design made on her palm. I ate Vada Pav. The food was very tasty.
Tim David, who plays for Mumbai Indians in IPL, said, “I met the soup makers. It was a good experience to watch the soup being made. I ordered a full thali and ate heartily. Now I am going to sleep.”
