People often feel weak and tired while fasting. 2-3 hours are fine during the fast. But after that the condition starts getting worse. Along with this, the condition also starts getting worse in the humid summer season. We start feeling weak and tired. Let’s know how you can keep yourself agile and active during fasting or in the summer days.

Civil Surgeon Gumla Dr. Raju Kachhap said that the holy month of Sawan is going on. People keep fast. Or even in other festivals, people do puja and keep fast. So that the body does not feel tired and weak and does not fall prey to dehydration. Do not fall prey to dehydration even in humid heat. For this, we should take special care of our body. So that there is no lack of glucose in the body. Because the brain gets energy from glucose. The brain takes only glucose, sucrose. Therefore, to avoid fatigue, weakness and dehydration, we should take sweet liquids like juice, coconut water, fruit juice, fruits etc. in sufficient quantity.

Also, one should drink sufficient amount of water. Usually, grains are not consumed during fasting. Therefore, during fasting or summer, we should take special care that there is no shortage of water in the body, so that the brain gets the energy it needs. If you take glucose, there will be no fatigue in the body and you will feel energetic. For this, you can drink Glucon D by dissolving it in water.

Consuming these things will give you energy
Coconut water is rich in nutrients and electrolytes. It also contains fiber, which keeps the stomach healthy. It does not make you feel hungry quickly, so coconut water should be drunk. This keeps us active. You can also consume dry fruits for energy. Dry fruits are full of protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, calcium and potassium. Which provides energy to the body.

You can also eat fruit raita for energy. Chop the fruits finely, mix them well and drink at an interval of 2-2 hours. Its consumption will not cause lack of energy in the body. Consumption of juice is considered very beneficial during fasting. It does not allow water deficiency in the body, removes fatigue and weakness. You can also eat sabudana khichdi or kheer. It is rich in fiber, which keeps the stomach healthy and also keeps the body active. You can also drink milk shake to get instant energy. This will make you feel energetic throughout the day and you will not feel hungry.
