While giving the first tip, Dr. Sharma has said that any person must follow the rule of twenty for basic eye protection. Rule of Twenty is a rule in which you have to take a break of at least 20 seconds every 20 minutes while using things like computer, mobile or television. Also, most of the gadgets shown above have to be viewed from a distance of at least 20 feet. Use blue ray cut glasses
According to Dr. Sharma, Blue Ray causes the most harm to the eyes. If you spend much time on any screen, you will inevitably have to use blue ray cut glasses i.e. office glasses. These glasses protect your eyes from harmful blue rays.
Use eye lubricant
You can also use eye lubricant to protect your eyes. Actually, using lubricant always keeps your eyes fresh. This does not dry your eyes.
Women should take these precautions while applying makeup
Dr. Sharma explains that at the time of makeup, any woman must ensure that mascara, kajal or eye lashes are applied only outside the eye lids. Getting them in the eyes can be extremely harmful. Not only this, after using makeup, clean it thoroughly before sleeping. If you sleep without cleaning, then allergic reactions may appear in the eyes the next day.
