Rule of Twenty is a rule in which you have to take a break of at least 20 seconds every 20 minutes while using things like computer, mobile or television. Also, most of the gadgets shown above have to be viewed from a distance of at least 20 feet. You can also use eye lubricant to protect your eyes. Actually, using lubricant always keeps your eyes fresh. This does not dry your eyes.
Women should take these precautions while applying makeup
Dr. Sharma explains that at the time of makeup, any woman must ensure that mascara, kajal or eye lashes are applied only outside the eye lids. Getting them in the eyes can be extremely harmful. Not only this, after using makeup, clean it thoroughly before sleeping. If you sleep without cleaning, then allergic reactions may appear in the eyes the next day.
