Dausa (Mahawa). The Mahawa police station has achieved great success and arrested the desired top-10 criminals and a prize crook of Rs 5,000 in the case of abduction and ransom. The arrested accused Satish son Shamu alias Shimbu Meena is a resident of Pura Santha of Kadu, who had been dodging the police for a long time.
Police officer Rajendra Kumar Meena said that about half a dozen cases of serious crimes like kidnapping, firing, assault and attempt to murder have been registered against the accused Satish. He was involved in the kidnapping of Badam Meena, a resident of Nayagaon on 20 May. A ransom was demanded during the incident.
Police also seized the motorcycle used in the incident from the possession of the accused. In this case, another Satish’s partner Ravi Meena resident Ramdhan has already been caught.
The team that carried out the arrest included ASI Ghanshyam, Gaurishankar, Rajesh Kumar and Dinesh Kumar along with the police officer. Police say that Satish’s arrest will help in tightening the crime in the area.
