Brazil Plane Crash: A passenger plane crashed in Vinhedo, Sao Paulo area of Brazil. 62 people have died in the accident. The local fire brigade confirmed that the plane fell in the city of Vinhedo and smoke was coming out from the front part of the plane. Airline VoePass confirmed in a statement that the plane, which left for Sao Paulo’s International Airport Guarulhos, crashed. There were 58 passengers and 4 crew members on board. The statement did not say what caused the accident.
This is how the accident happened
It is being said that many houses have been damaged due to the plane crash. Brazilian President Lula da Silva has expressed grief over the accident. In a video on Christmas Day, he has asked people to observe a minute’s silence.
