New Delhi. There was a stir after the information of bomb in Somnath Express train going from Jammu to Ahmedabad. According to the police, a bomb threat was received through a phone call. When this phone call came, the train was passing through Firozpur in Punjab, then it was stopped at Kasu Begu railway station and the passengers were disembarked and checking is currently being done. Giving more information in this regard, Firozpur SSP Saumya Mishra said that the local police had received information about the bomb in the train through the control room. We were told that the train has been stopped at Kasu Begu railway station. The local police team, GRP and RPF officials immediately reached there and started the checking operation. Three teams of the bomb squad are also reaching the spot.

The dog squad team of BSF and police is also present on the spot and doing their work. The passengers travelling in the train have been safely brought down and the administration is also making arrangements for their food and drink. The passengers have been informed about the entire situation and are being advised to be patient. After the complete checking of the train, when the signal of all clear is received from the higher authorities, only then this train will be run. The thorough checking of the entire train may take some time but it is very important for the safety of the passengers. Let us tell you that some time ago there was a threat of bomb in many schools and hospitals in Delhi. After a hasty checking, it turned out to be a mere rumour.
