Trial run starts on Bandikui-Jaipur Expressway, distance from Jaipur to Delhi, know route, benefits and other details in just 3 hours

The journey from Delhi to Jaipur is going to be even faster, easy and comfortable. The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is going to open a new 65 km long section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway to the general public on Wednesday, 3 July. This block extends from Bagadana to Bandikui, which will reduce the time of travel between Delhi and Jaipur from 4.5 hours to only 3 to 3.5 hours.

Trial run will be held from 9 am on July 3

Trial runs will be started at this new expressway link from 9 am on Wednesday, while it will also be officially inaugurated by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH) soon. This new link connects Bagdana to Bandikui, which further meets the main Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

Will it change after this new link?

Till now the passengers going from Delhi to Jaipur had to go on the expressway from Damrej (Dausa) and then had to reach Jaipur via the crowded Agra Road. This new rebellion-Bandikui link ends this mess and gives a straight, sharp and high-speed option.

Heavy cuts in travel time

Jaipur to DND Flyway (Delhi): Now only 2.5 hours

Jaipur to Delhi Railway Station / IGI Airport: Now in 3 to 3.5 hours

This time is a major benefit for savings traders, tourists and common travelers.

Smart Design: Slip Lane and Clovelif ramp

Slip lanes and cloverlif ramps have been prepared for passengers at Bagdana crossing, making it even easier to reach the expressway from places like Ring Road and Rotary Circle. This structure will completely bypass the old and jammed paths.

Four new interchange ready

To make this link more effective, NHAI has created 4 important interchange, which will also strengthen nearby villages and regional connectivity:

Sheep

Khurikurd

Sundarpura

Nangal Ki Nangal

These interchange will not only make traffic easier, but will also help in the development of local rural areas.

NHAI officials response

NHAI project manager Pushpendra Singh said that “this section has been completed in about two and a half years. It includes fully controlled access, purse shoulders, and modern interchange systems, which will help reduce traffic jams and improve road safety.”

NHAI regional officer Pradeep Atri said, “The final security audit of this road is being done right now, and once the clearance is received, it will be opened for trial from July 3.”

Further Plan: Direct connect with Delhi-Agra highway

NHAI is also working on a plan to prepare a new Greenfield Expressway to connect Jaipur directly to the Delhi-Agra highway in future. This will further strengthen the area’s connectivity keeping the upcoming traffic demand.

Why is this link so important?

This new route reduces travel time to about 1.5 hours.

The old Dausa-Agra route will no longer be required to enter Jaipur city.

This route will speed up business relations between Delhi-Jaipur.

This link is an important addition in India’s most important expressway network to be built between Delhi and Mumbai.

Through this, the benefit of Delhi-Mumbai Corridor will now be given directly to the people of Jaipur.

These expressways will keep both environment and infrastructure

This road, made of fully concrete and modern technology, will not only become a means of fast journey, but it will reach the target in a short time, which will reduce fuel consumption and reduce environmental pollution.
