A truck overturned on a jeep on Saturday night near Pindaval in Dungarpur district on Banswara-Udaipur road. In this accident, four people in the jeep died on the spot. The people in the jeep were returning home from a wedding ceremony, which turned the happiness of marriage into mourning. After much effort, the four bodies were recovered on Sunday morning.
Sabla SHO Raghuveer Singh said that after attending a wedding ceremony in Pindwal village, a family was returning to his village riding in a jeep, when the jeep crashed on the road. Some villagers were reaching the spot and taking care of the injured and on receiving the information, the ambulance also reached there, during this time a truck coming at a high speed overturned at the jeep and the people standing there, killing 4 people and injured 8 people.
The SHO said that a passenger jeep uncontrolled near the bus stand in Pindwal Hilwadi village at around eleven and a half on Saturday night. Some people were injured in this and when people were helping the injured, a truck passing by overturned at the people standing there. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and tried to take out the bodies buried. The truck was removed and four bodies were taken out at around 3:30 am on Sunday morning.
In the accident, the bride’s grandfather Bodigama Bada village resident Lavji Patidar, Dilal Patidar, Savita Patidar and Bhavesh Patidar died. The death of four members of the same family raged in Bada village of Bodigama. On Sunday, the police handed over the bodies of the four dead to their families after the post -mortem.
