Terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed has threatened to shake Punjab through a letter. On his target, there are 21 places including Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Akali Dal leaders including Governor, Shri Devi Talab Temple in Jalandhar, Kal Mata Temple in Patiala. The threatening letter has been received by the station master Rajbir Singh of Sultanpur Lodhi railway station.
The threat letter is in the name of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Area Commander Salim Ansari. SHO of Sultanpur Lodhi police station, Bikramjit Singh is engaged in the investigation. The letter threatened to blow up the leaders with bombs. The letter mentions about the bomb blasts on May 21 and 23. According to Rajbir Singh, Station Master of Sultanpur Lodhi Railway Station, the postman reached the station at around 2.15 pm on Wednesday afternoon with a letter.
This letter was received by Supervisor Vikas Kumar. His (station master’s) name was written on the letter, so he immediately came to him with the letter. When he opened it and read it, on one page it was written with the reference of terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Area Commander Salim Ansari Jammu and Kashmir with Karachi Pakistan, Jaish Zindabad and Pakistan Zindabad as God will forgive me.
GRP SHO Balbir Singh Ghuman said that earlier letters with such handwriting had come to him many times in the past. The handwriting of this letter will be checked by a specialist. A case is also being registered in the matter.
