Police and DST team led by Pindwara Thanadikari Bhavani Singh Rajawat and Sub-Inspector Rajendra Singh blocked the block in front of Moras Chowki at Udaipur-Pindwara intersection as part of a special campaign against drug trafficking in the district. Meanwhile, a car coming from Udaipur was stopped and questioned. On suspicion that the car was being escorted, the car coming from behind was searched from the car and 86.9 kg doda pop was being smuggled by the car.
After this, the police took necessary action and seized the opium and arrested Chogaram son Kanaram Rebari and Kaluram son Baluram Rebari. A case has been registered against the accused under the NDPS Act and investigation is on. The price of seized opium is Rs 15 lakh.
