Sawai madhopur. A major accident took place in the Rawajana Dungar police station area of Sawai Madhopur district. Two brothers who had gone to guard the field there died due to electric shock. As soon as the news of the accident was received, heart-rending cries started coming from the house of the deceased. Despite it being night time, the entire village woke up. The villagers kept trying to console the victim’s family. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police got the post-mortem of the bodies of both the brothers done and handed them over to their family members.
According to the police and villagers, this tragic incident happened on Saturday night in Pancholas village. Rameshchand Bairwa and Kanhaiyalal Bairwa, both brothers from Pancholas, had gone to their farm to guard the crop at night. During that time, the safety wire of the electric pole on the farm got electrified. Before this, one brother got caught in it. Seeing one brother suffering from the electric current, the other brother ran to save him. But he too got caught in the electric current. Due to this, both the brothers died on the spot.
By the time people reached the spot, everything was over.
Later, somehow the villagers and family members got the information and they rushed to the spot. But by then everything was over. Then the villagers informed the police of Rawajana Dungar police station about the accident. On this, the police reached the spot and took the bodies in their custody and took them to the local hospital. There is mourning in Pancholas village since the accident. Rameshchand and Kanhaiyalal were the sons of Jansi Bairwa.
A similar incident had happened in Jhalawar district last week
It is noteworthy that a similar incident had occurred in Jhalawar district last week. There, on 27th July, two brothers died a painful death due to electrocution in Dag area. The villagers were terrified after this accident in Dag. It is raining heavily in Rajasthan these days. In such a situation, incidents of electrocution are constantly coming to the fore. Many people have lost their lives due to electrocution in this rainy season.
