Anuppur. Nafees bus and motorcycle collided on Wednesday afternoon near Sikta Tola of village Jamudi on Anuppur-Amarkantak road, eight kilometers from Kotwali Anuppur. A woman and a youth were seriously injured in this incident. Shortly after the incident, District Panchayat CEO RP Tripathi, who was going from Collectorate office Anuppur to Rajendragram, stopped and admitted both the injured by bringing them to the District Hospital Anuppur in his vehicle and after giving information about the incident to CMHO Dr.
It was told about the incident that Anil Singh’s father Goje Singh, 18 years old resident of village Dongratola police station, was coming from village Dongratola to Sikta Tola of Jamudi on a motorcycle with his family’s Kaushalya Bai wife Ramji Singh, when Nafees was coming from Rajendragram. The company’s bus collided with MP 18 P 5780 due to which both the motorcyclists fell outside and the motorcycle got stuck in front of the bus. The bus driver also immediately stopped the vehicle and there was a crowd of villagers. On information about the incident, Kotwali Anuppur police reached the spot and seized the bus and took action.
Kotma: Eight electric poles damaged due to tractor collision, power stalled for hours
In village Parichua under the police station, eight electric poles were damaged by a tractor driver driving recklessly on Tuesday night. Electricity wires also fell on the roads due to the breaking of the poles and till late night the electricity remained closed in the village for several hours. About eight electric poles were damaged due to the collision of the tractor. During this, with the help of villagers Gopi Kewat, Dilip Kewat, Golu Kewat, Lalman Panika, Himanshu Kewat, Prakash, Devsharan, Tekram Kewat, Bablu Vishwakarma, the workers took the poles and wires through the road. Removed and the information was given to the officials. The search was started for the tractor owner, it was talked about while meeting, on which the vehicle owner has taken the responsibility of getting the broken poles fixed.
Vijay Kumar Dhurve, Junior Engineer, Electricity Department, Kotma said that as soon as the information was received, the power supply was stopped and by sending a survey team, the poles were pushed to the side so that the traffic was not obstructed and electricity supply was started by installing electric poles.
