Ola Electric, which is in the news for its scooters in the country, today announced Ola FutureFoundry, its global hub for new engineering and vehicle design. According to the report, this center will be located in Coventry, UK. Notably, the center is globally renowned for the best automotive design and engineering in the world, and Ola’s FutureFoundry will work closely with the design and engineering teams located at the Ola campus in Bangalore, India.
This FutureFoundry will focus on factors such as 2W and 4W vehicle design, high performance, automotive engineering, digital and physical modelling. The company aims to invest more than $100 million in the center over the next 5 years and work with over 200 designers and automotive engineers.
UK team to work closely with Bangalore headquarters
