Questions raised on Biden’s mental speed
A new poll by ABC News/The Washington Post, released on the eve of the speech, found that 54 percent of Americans do not believe they have the mental strength to effectively serve as president. According to the report, only 40 percent believe Biden is mentally strong enough for the position, almost the reverse from 2020. While 51 percent of Americans think they have the mental strength needed to run for the presidency, 43 percent do not.
