HPCL Rajasthan Refinery will increase the country’s fuel capacity– Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri

Balotra. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Sunday held HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. at Pachpadra in Balotra district. (HRRL) inspected. He intensively inspected the crude distillation unit (CDU) and delayed cooking unit (DCU) at the refinery campus and met the employees and inquired about their work experience. Union Minister Shri Puri and Chief Minister Shri Sharma inaugurated the Refinery Main Control Room (RMCR).
After this, the Chief Minister and Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister launched the operator training simulator at the RMCR campus. Mr. Sharma launched the pumping system through the control panel of CDU, video and DCU unit and inquired about this process.
Local youth will get employment in refinery due to skill training
The Union Minister and Chief Minister also held a project review meeting in RMCR. In the meeting, HPCL officials gave information related to the current status of the refinery, overview, product and withdrawal scheme and the utility and complete productivity of all important refinery units through the power point presentation. The Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister instructed the refinery officials to prepare an action plan in the next 15 days of skill development initiative in the meeting. He said that the central and state governments are committed to provide employment to local youth through skill training in this refinery. He also discussed with the officials about the important units starting in the coming time of the refinery.
The state government will give all possible cooperation in better operation of refinery
In the meeting, the Chief Minister instructed HPCL officials to explore new possibilities for solar energy generation and battery storage in the state and start the hospital to be run by the refinery in Sambhara soon. He instructed to prepare an action plan to sell the products of the refinery and plant more saplings in the entire refinery campus. He assured to provide all possible support from the state government for early working of important units of the refinery and operating on full capacity. Earlier plantation was also done.
The speed of refinery in the works of refinery due to the joint efforts of the Center and the state
Expressing satisfaction with the progress of the refinery, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that due to the joint efforts of the state and central government, the work of the refinery has increased significantly in the last 6 months and its operation will be started soon. He said that this refinery will play an important role in strengthening the state’s economy along with employment to local youth. He said that we are committed to the all -round development of the state along with environmental protection.
On this occasion, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Joraram Kumawat, Minister of State for Industry and Commerce K.K. Vishnoi, MP Rajendra Gehlot, MLA Hamir Singh Bhayal, Dr. Priyanka Chaudhary, Aaduram Meghwal, Arun Chaudhary and former Union Minister of State Kailash Chaudhary, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant and various high officials and HPCL officials were present.
