New Delhi. In a shocking incident from Ballia in Uttar Pradesh, a Muslim youth has been arrested for making derogatory comments against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and threatening to kill him. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media, in which the youth is seen using extremely offensive language towards the CM, which cannot be shown due to being objectionable.
In the video, the youth is seen making derogatory comments on CM Yogi and shamelessly saying that he has no fear. His provocative statements have sparked outrage among BJP leaders and supporters. BJP leader Sunil Mishra condemned the remarks and said, “Such comments are reprehensible. PM Modi and CM Yogi are in responsible positions. We have demanded immediate action against the youth from the police.”
The police have taken the matter seriously and have initiated immediate action. Circle Officer Gaurav Sharma said that the video was brought to his notice and on investigation it was found that it is about 3-4 months old. Sadar Kotwali police of Ballia has arrested the accused and is doing the necessary legal process. The incident has sparked significant controversy, highlighting the volatile nature of political discourse in the state. BJP leaders have stressed the need to maintain respect and decorum when discussing with public figures, especially those in high positions.
