Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Party changed its election symbol

Lucknow: Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) has changed its election symbol. Now the election symbol of SBSP is a key. Earlier the election symbol of SBSP was a stick.

Why did the election symbol change?

Party president Om Prakash Rajbhar wanted to change his election symbol after the Lok Sabha elections. Om Prakash Rajbhar is a minister in the Yogi government and is an ally of the NDA. Om Prakash Rajbhar’s son Arvind Rajbhar got a ticket in the Lok Sabha elections but he lost the election.

Arvind Rajbhar’s election symbol stick was at number three. There was also a candidate of the Mulnivasi Samaj Party, Lilavati Rajbhar, whose symbol was hockey. This was at number three from the bottom in the EVM. Lilavati got 47,527 votes.

Om Prakash Rajbhar and his son say that they lost because of the stick election symbol and by mistake their voter pressed the button on the hockey election symbol at third place from bottom instead of the stick election symbol at third place from top.

Today there was a meeting of Om Prakash Rajbhar’s party in Lucknow, in which Om Prakash Rajbhar was again elected as the president of the party and the stick symbol of the party was also changed.
