A woman died during treatment in the women’s and children’s hospital of Shri Savaliyaji Government Hospital of Chittorgarh district headquarters. After this, the family created a ruckus alleging negligence. Later, the family reached the Collector’s office, where after the protest, they gave an application and agreed to the post -mortem after receiving the assurance of action.
Here, in -charge of the Department of Gynecology, Dr. Praveen Sharma said that the case will be investigated and action will be taken against whoever is found guilty. According to the information received, Komal, wife of Babulal Gurjar, resident of Singola village, was admitted to the hospital for delivery. Family members said that even after 18 hours of recruiting the woman for treatment, the doctors did not take any care of her.
The pregnant woman was admitted for delivery on Sunday, who underwent surgery on Monday. But he started bleeding. This was followed by an operation again, but the woman died during this time. He was informed about it after five hours. On receiving information about the death of the pregnant woman, a large number of family members reached the hospital and started a ruckus. The family started demanding strict action against the guilty doctor and nursing staff.
During this time, the family has also accused of demanding money for the operation. Here, on receiving the information, former MLA Badrilal Jat, former district president of Yuva Morcha Harshvardhan Singh, Sarpanch Pappu Gurjar and many public representatives and villagers reached the spot. Anarchy continued outside the morgue of the district hospital here. After this, all the people reached the Collector Office from here. Here, action was sought by submitting an application to the District Collector.
Compensation has also been demanded in this case. On the other hand, Dr. Head of Women’s Disease Department of Women and Children’s Hospital, Dr. has spoken on this whole matter. Praveen Sharma’s statement has come out. Dr. Sharma says that there have been three deaths in the hospital in the last 10 days, which is sad. A committee has been constituted for this. Action will be taken against whoever is found guilty after investigation.
It is noteworthy that in the last 10 days, two more cases of death of pregnant women have been reported during delivery. In one case, the family and the general public demanded legal action against the guilty doctor. The investigation of the case was not even completed that another case came to light. In such a situation, questions are being raised on the working style of hospital administration and doctors.
